She offers mental health care for birthing individuals and their support systems throughout, preconception, pregnancy, loss, childbirth and after delivery. Stephanie recognizes the importance of relationships and the influence they have on mental health and well-being.
Stephanie offers a variety of therapeutic approaches that centre around relational health and emotional needs. She aims to support families throughout their perinatal experience in exploration of well-being. She offers clinical care based on patient-led therapeutic goals.
